For over 15 years, Aliri has supported toxicity studies by identifying the cause of lesion, inflammation or deposits directly in tissue sections.
Our expert team employs techniques such as Mass Spectrometry Imaging to identify the content of the lesion’s region or deposits.
We also offer services to detect and quantify drug substances or metabolites in these regions of interest with the following method:
- Directly combine the stained and annotated images, the label-free drug, and/or related metabolites distribution obtained on tissues generated during toxicity studies. We use either Mass Spectrometry Imaging or Laser Microdissection coupled to Mass Spectrometry to detect or quantify the drug directly in the lesion regions.
- Work closely with our clients’ pathological experts or with key pathologist consultants.
