Aliri’s histopathology services include comprehensive tissue analysis that combines traditional staining (H&E, IHC) with multiplex immunofluorescence for high-resolution visualization of multiple biomarkers, enabling detailed cellular characterization and microenvironment profiling. 

Frozen or FFPE tissue samples provided by our sponsor are carefully sectioned by our experienced histology team in the section plan of interest for analysis.

Leveraging advanced imaging and analytical techniques, we deliver unparalleled resolution, enabling detailed molecular and cellular insights critical for drug development and biomarker discovery.   

Our team specializes in executing this procedure with exceptional precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality spatial-omics data across a wide range of sample sizes, from small biopsies (as little as 3mm in diameter) to large-scale tissues, including whole-body mouse sections.  

This biomarker service can also be paired with drug biodistribution studies to bring better drug pharmacology impact.
